| 本厂十分重视品质管理，公司以"不接收不良品，不制造不良品"，不流出不良品"为原则。为此工厂配置了完备的品质检测、试验仪器设备，以及通过对品控人员的严格培训、考核选拔、组建了健全的品控队伍。从来料检验、各工序的自检、管理的巡检、成品终检各个过程严格控制产品质量。本厂全面导入了ISO9000质量体系，实行TQC管理，在各职能部门全面推行7S管理，对全厂生产设备、重要生产工序和关健的品控课进行了全面的跟踪和检查，为进行有效的品质控制奠定了良好的基础。
Our factory following the principle
of "Rejection of manufacturing and delivery of products
without meeting quality requiremenats"，the company
pays much attention to quality management.To this end,the
company has been equipped with unrivalled quality test
and experimental instruments,equipment,and established
a quality control team consisting of competent QC personnel.All
procedures are under strict quality control incoming material
inspection,on-line inspection,management patrol inspection,to
finlshed products flnal inspectin. The company introduces
the ISO9000 quality system,impiements TQC management 7S
management in various operation operation departments,tracks
and checks all production equipment,key proceduction procedures,and
key quality control sections.All this has laid a good
foundation for effective quality control.

品检课拥有OE工程师、IQC、IPQC、QA等各类品质控制人员，从来料检验－制程控制－出货控制均严格按照ISO9001：2000国际标准质量体系运作，拥有包括静电屏蔽网房、频普仪、示波器、频率计、RCG电波钟信号产生器等多种仪器，可对产品品质进行严格的监控。
The QC Section boasts various quality
control people such as QE,IQC,IPQC,and QA,and strictly
follows the ISO9001:2000 intermational quality system
from incoming material inspection,procedures control to
delivery control.To perform strict control over product
quality,the Section has been equipped with multiple instruments
such as staic shieiding grids,frequency spectrographs,oscillographs,cymometers,RCG,and
so on.
