邦定课现有AB520A全自动邦定机8台，本公司从事COB邦定行业已有11年的时间，拥有一批经验丰富的技术人员和熟练的邦机操作员。为满足客户对品质的严格要求，邦定车间是全空调防静电无尘车间，整个防静电漆面的底部均铺设有防静电铜网。邦定课生产流程从擦板－上片－邦定－测试－封胶－包装全部采取静电防护措施，使各类静电敏感元件得到充分保护。为保障品质，出厂交货前的COB均经过全部测试及品检部抽检合格才放行。
The Bonding Section now has twelve AB520 full antomatic bonding machines.With eleven years of experience in the COB bonding industry,the company boasts a large number of experienced technical personnel and skilled bonding machine operators.To meet customers'strict needs on quality,the bonding workshops are fully air-conditioned,antistatic,and dust free.Antistatic copper grids are laid at the bottom of the whole antistatic lacquer finish.Antistatic measures are employed for the production procedures,namely,rasping,board mounting,bonding,testing,gel encapsulation,and packing,so that static-sensitive components fully protected.To guarantee the quality,all COBs are tested and sampled before delivery.
