SMT课现有松下高速全自动贴片机4台，松下多功能贴片机1台，回流焊2台及半自动锡浆印刷机等设备，同时拥有一批经验丰富的SMT技术员及作业员。为保证品质，整个SMT车间均为全空调无尘防静电车间。

The SMT section now owns four Panasonic full automatic high-speed SMT machines,one Panasonic multifunctional SMT machine,two solder reflow machines,and semiautomatic tin paste printing machines.The Section has skilled SMT technicians and operators.To ensure the quality,the SMT workshops are fully air-conditioned,dust free,and antistatic.
